Join us to apply for the Outside Sales Representative role at NAPA Canada.

Your role

The Account Development Specialist represents the image, face, and voice of NAPA. You will be responsible for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing sales development initiatives at the national, regional, and district levels, and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs. Additionally, you will help keep NAPA informed of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive threats, and participate in developing and refining sales strategies at the district level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call on installers to sell NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with regional and corporate sales teams.
  • Implement sales development plans supporting district and regional marketing strategies.

  • Gather market intelligence and report issues related to services or products.
  • Make pricing recommendations and assist with collections, ensuring account adherence to buying conditions.
