Outside Sales Representative – Equipment Rentals (Uncapped Commission)
Location: Equipment Centre, Tillsonburg, ON (with work across Norfolk & Oxford Counties)
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + vehicle allowance/mileage reimbursement
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Equipment Centre is looking for a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to develop business and expand our reach in Tillsonburg and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth territory, work with an established customer base, and develop new long-term relationships with key decision-makers in construction, landscaping, industrial, and municipal sectors.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share in Tillsonburg and surrounding areas
Identify and engage with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and industrial businesses to promote rental solutions
Prospect, generate leads, and close deals with new and existing customers
Represent Equipment Centre at trade shows, networking events, and local industry functions
Work closely with leadership to support business growth across both locations
Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales
Proactive and driven to find new business opportunities and grow accounts
Excellent relationship-building skills—trusted by customers and able to establish long-term partnerships
Self-motivated and goal-driven—proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the company’s overall strategy
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
