Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Create Presentations, Estimates and Sales Orders using our industry best CRM software
  • Stay up to date with industry standards by attending Product Knowledge Seminars and Tradeshows

What you must have:

  • Proven inside or outside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, you will be calling and emailing your customers a lot
  • Strong listening and presentation skills, asking questions of your clients brings out their creativity but then you have to listen to what they say and translate it into an outstanding presentation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • A valid passport and the willingness to travel to exciting destinations
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see colour… we don’t care if you see a blue dress or a black dress, but you have to be able to tell red from blue because we do a lot of work with colour matching

Salary/Rate Range: $50,000 – $70,000 + Commission (10%- 30% of Total Revenue Generated. The percentage is based on years experience and book of business size)
