Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping their customers. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business in the region, managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting Compass' innovative security solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires good communication skills and the desire to want to help our clients be successful

Responsibilities

  • Meet with builders, construction managers, GC's, to find ways to best protect their new sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their ongoing needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Travel regionally - KY / IN / TN to job sites to promote monitoring and site surveillance
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission plan & auto allowance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or technical sales, with an understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desire to reach new customers in creative ways and drive new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
