We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, connects easily with people, and takes pride in solving a problem for their clients and delivering high-quality work. This is a hunter role, where you’ll focus on acquiring new accounts and transitioning them to the Account Management team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outside sales, particularly in the facility repair and maintenance industry. They will generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • College Degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Outside sales experience is required.
  • Two or three years of experience in the facilities repair and maintenance industry is an asset.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle, as out-of-office work is essential
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively

What You'll Do :

  • Drive to customer locations and interact face-to-face to present Mainteno’s services.
  • You will be required to visit 15-20 customers daily.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions for their repair and maintenance requirements.
  • Close sales deals and transition new accounts to the Account Manager for ongoing service.
  • Represent Mainteno’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
