We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on field sales – building and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction, architectural, and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a self-managed environment, and has experience selling building products (experience with windows and doors is a strong asset).
You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing, and will be expected to document all activity in Excel (no CRM in place). Your input on marketing strategies and materials is welcomed and encouraged as part of our collaborative approach.

The successful candidate brings:
– Proven track record in outside sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry.
– Experience selling to architectural firms, engineering firms, and/or general contractors.
– Knowledge of windows and doors is a strong asset.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in Excel for tracking sales activities and managing client data.
– Comfortable being on the road most of the week with limited in-office time.
