Job description

Super Sucker Hydro Vac Services is looking for a seasoned and proficient Outside Sales Representative to support with client acquisition, product presentations, and driving sales growth for our diverse range of construction services.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and close high-revenue opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, supporting everything from onboarding to long-term service delivery
  • Collaborate with contacts across all levels of client organizations, including senior executives
  • Monitor and respond to public tenders, incoming sales inquiries, and potential project leads
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while managing expectations and ensuring service excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project milestones in CRM software
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service

Proposal & Quotation Management

  • Prepare and present custom quotations, proposals, and service solutions
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement, product adoption, and service utilization
  • Promote new and existing services, identifying opportunities for expansion within client accounts
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Manager

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or industrial services sector
  • Proven success in account management and client relationship development
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Working Conditions

  • Some local travel required for client meetings, site visits, or industry events
