Territory

Compensation

The Role

The successful candidate will manage an existing, well-developed territory while driving new business opportunities across all four Atlantic provinces.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with distributors, dealers, and contractors.
  • Pulling demand through regional distribution partners.
  • Promoting products directly to architects, designers, and contractors to influence specifications and sales.
  • Educating and training distributor sales teams to help drive revenue in the region.

This position requires a true hunter —someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and creating new opportunities. Overnight travel across the region will be required.

The Candidate

Previous experience in building materials is an asset but not mandatory. What matters most is your drive, organization, and ability to work independently. You’ll receive strong training and mentoring to ensure your success.
