Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) to develop an assigned territory and grow profitable business from our flooring equipment range. You will implement sales plans to expand the customer base and support the Sunbelt national branding.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or flooring-related fields, plus 2+ years of direct sales experience and strong solution-selling, technical, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: solution-selling approach; technical background; project management; new business development and customer retention.

Outside Sales Rep - Flooring SolutionsSunbelt's OSR - Flooring Solutions is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) will be empowered to be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in. Base Pay Range

40,000.00 - 76,248.00
Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
