The Opportunity

We’re seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence and drive growth across key industrial sectors. You will work directly with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams to identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and provide equipment solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in target industries.
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs and present product solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training sessions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of industrial sales experience (preferably in pumps, valves, agitators, or process equipment).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
