Purpose:

The Outside Sales Representative will manage and grow a dealer network across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This role involves daily travel, building strong relationships, promoting Northlake Financial programs, and driving dealer adoption.

Success:

Success is measured by signed dealer agreements, quality application volume, and funded deals.

  • Prospecting: Proactively connect with the right contacts to promote Northlake services.
  • Dealer Engagement: Deliver exceptional support and build personal, meaningful relationships.

Requirements:

  • Based in Manitoba
  • 3–5 years of sales experience
  • Background in indirect automotive, consumer lending, or financial services preferred
  • Business or Commerce education is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools
  • Proven sales success and customer service excellence
