THE OPPORTUNITY
The Truck Sales Consultant is an outside sales position. In this role you will be responsible for selling new Class 8 and Medium Duty trucks in an assigned territory.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Work to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
•Develop sales opportunities by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers
•Gain an understanding of customer priorities and needs and demonstrate how our best-in-class truck makes and models can meet the customer’s requirements
•Manages and reports on sales action plans on a regular basis
•Meets planning and productivity goals
•Understands and works within required sales processes, writes complete sales orders and processes required paperwork in accordance with company policies
•Works closely with all departments to ensure the customers after sales experience is World’s Best
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
•Excellent sales skills, with demonstrated sales experience selling in a business-to-business environment
•Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
•Proven ability to develop and work a sales action plan and drive to achieve top sales results
•Ability to negotiate is essential
•Have a valid Driver’s License and able to travel in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement included and expenses reimbursable)
•Must be able to climb into and out of commercial transport vehicles
SALARY + COMMISSION
•This position is paid a base salary plus commission with uncapped commission opportunity and first year on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $150,000
