Job summary

Tremco Canada Division is hiring an Outside Sales Associate for Central Ontario. The role begins with an 18–24 month training period paired with an experienced Sales Representative, plus a focus on building a career in commercial roofing.

The position involves travel within the territory and a base salary with strong commission potential. Tremco offers health benefits, a 401(k)/pension plan, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1–4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Practical computer application literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
• Goal oriented.

• You will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to support comprehensive hands-on training.

• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
