About the role
As the Outreach Nurse, you will deliver professional nursing and educational support related to mental health and substance use. You will provide direct support to enhance nursing practice standards in communities, focusing on RN / RPN prescribing of opiate agonist treatment and addressing the toxic drug crisis. The role offers opportunities to travel to different communities, liaise with various teams, and be at the forefront of new nursing practices. You will be part of a team that emphasizes wellness and connection.
