Northern Health is seeking a dedicated mental health and substance use professional to provide primary therapeutic and case management support for clients across hospital, residential, and community settings. Under supervision, you will implement care plans, collaborate with an inter-professional team, and apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
