Role Overview :

The Capability Lead is pivotal in driving the delivery of client solutions. This role encompasses a myriad of responsibilities from development of capability services to ensuring quality, training, and management of the Capability Team. As the "product owner," the Capability Lead is instrumental in designing, innovating, and delivering the product's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities :

Capability Development & Management :

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of capability services for client solutions.
  • Lead the Capability Team, ensuring optimal performance in all projects.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product in designing services within the Capability domain.

Leadership & Team Management :

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the Capability Team.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools.
  • Manage and deploy talent resources based on client needs.
  • Monitor the performance of the Capability Team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Training & Development :

  • Conduct training needs analysis for the Capability Team.
  • Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they uphold the standards of capability excellence and the Elevate e-PMO Framework.
  • Fiscal & Performance Management :

  • Handle fiscal planning concerning promotions, budgeting, headcount forecasting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions is within scope, budget, and time frame.
  • Offer continuous feedback to both the Head of Product and Head of Marketing, ensuring the Capability remains relevant and meets market demands.
  • Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to obtain Solution Criteria, aligning with the Project Manager.
  • Work closely with the Head of Product to ensure the Capability aligns with the broader Elevate Product Roadmap Framework.
