Your Role: As an Outreach and Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in stakeholder engagement efforts at the CCTS. Your networking and outreach skills will be put to the test as you proactively seek out and lead engagement activities to increase access and awareness of the CCTS’ services. Reporting to the Manager, Stakeholder Affairs, you will gain hands-on experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consumers, consumer advocacy organizations, civil society, and civic leadership. You will proactively identify opportunities for improved and additional outreach, implement strategies to enhance engagement and support collaborative initiatives to grow consumer awareness of our services.

If you are a stakeholder engagement specialist with hands-on experience developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, then you might be the right fit for this position! You are a self-starter who uses your keen attention to detail to manage multiple priorities with deadlines. You use your dazzling communication skills to foster and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and with the public. You are a natural problem-solver, who is comfortable both working independently, and involving others (where appropriate). Most importantly – you have solid judgement in decision making and act with the highest degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism.
