Physical Therapist Job Summary:
Woodstock Physical Therapy is a satellite outpatient physical therapy practice that is part of the Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center. It is located in the Ottauquechee Health Center in the beautiful setting of Woodstock, Vermont. We have a small dynamic outpatient clinic providing care to an orthopedic and sports injury population, as well as neurologic and geriatric populations. We work closely with our primary care practice on site, as well as specialty providers within the Dartmouth Health system and surrounding communities.
We are seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our supportive team of skilled clinicians. Experienced team members are available to provide opportunities for mentorship if desired. We have a clinical ladder program recognizing expertise and providing opportunities for advancement, with associated compensation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include performing evaluations and patient-centered treatment for patients with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate records, and working cooperatively with other members of the health care team and institution to provide optimal patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an approved school of PT. Current VT State license. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.
Experience: May be a new graduate or an experienced therapist.
