Job Summary: Merchandisers are responsible for the care and presentation of live goods in local retail stores and restocking products. Responsibilities include creating attractive displays, maintaining product quality through watering and pruning, and managing inventory. Work involves physical tasks like offloading, merchandising, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Teamwork, attention to detail, and self-motivation are essential.
