Join Our Team as an Outdoor Seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser at Rainbow Greenhouses Inc

Rainbow Greenhouses Inc is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Outdoor Seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser in Calgary, Alberta. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to merchandise and care for our products supplied to Home Depots across Western Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the visual presentation and integrity of our products, including pricing and inventory management.
2. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
3. Unload carts, set up displays according to standards, and report inventory needs to supervisors.
4. Work on your feet for extended periods, often walking over 20,000 steps per shift.
5. Ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently, either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Smartphone with data plan for email, photos, and app usage.
• CSA steel-toed shoes are required during shifts.
• Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Merchandising experience of at least 1 year is required.
