The Job :

SP Data Digital is seeking Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The team consists of specialized outbound call center members responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts. They conduct thorough account reviews to identify any service issues and offer customized solutions for service and pricing based on customer needs. Our goal is to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :

As an Outbound Winback B2B Sales agent, you will :

• Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to retain customers.
• Balance customer service skills with retention and sales objectives.
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and competitiveness.
• Provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Navigate and update multiple online tools and applications simultaneously.
• Meet or exceed all performance metrics for the program.

What you bring :

• Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Previous retention experience is an asset.
• Experience in a call center environment is an asset.
• Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc., is an asset.
• Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the phone.
• Must reside in and be legally able to work in Canada.

For this role, we supply the computer, which will be shipped to your home address (no PO Boxes). Please note:

• You need a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
• Your computer must be connected to your modem via Ethernet (Wi-Fi not supported).
• Your internet speed should be at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• You will need to supply your own headset with a microphone and USB connection, and a webcam for training.
