The Job :

SP Data Digital is seeking Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialists to join ourgrowing team. Theteam consists of specialized outbound call center members who are responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts. They conduct a thorough account review to identify any service breakdown and offer customized solutions for service and pricing based on customers' needs. Our goal is to ensure long-term satisfaction for our customers.

Main Responsibilities :

As an Outbound Winback B2B Sales agent you will :

  • Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
  • Have the ability to balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Simultaneously navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
  • Meet or exceed all performance metric goals for the program

What you bring :

  • Minimum6 months of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Previous retention experience is considered an asset
  • Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset
  • Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. an asset
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone
  • Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada

For this role, we supply the computer. If successful in the hiring process it will be shipped to your home address (unable to ship to PO Box). Please take note of the following :

  • You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace
  • While working your computer must be connected to your modem with an ethernet cable (the computer will not work on WIFI)
  • Your minimum internet speeds will need to be 15Mbps Download / 5Mbps Upload
  • Although we do supply the computer you will need to supply your own headset with a microphone and a USB connection as well as a webcam that you will need to use during training
