A leading telecommunications provider is seeking an Outbound Business Sales Consultant to assist Small-Medium Business customers in upgrading their wireless phone services. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with preferred training in recognized sales methodologies. This role offers base pay plus commission, allowing for earnings of CAD 61K–121K+ annually, and provides paid training along with a flexible work schedule.
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
