The Role:

The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for an enthusiastic, well-spoken and client-focused individual to join our internal sales team and develop into an outstanding ambassador for our services. This highly visible role contributes to the foundation of our core business. We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented professional with great communication skills.

The Accountabilities:

  1. This role is expected to maintain a predetermined average number of daily sales and will be part of a high-performing team of agents.
  2. Attend all qualification meetings and sales debrief.
  3. Responsible for relationship building to the existing book of clients, as well as mushrooming of accounts and outreach to prospective clients.
  4. Responsible for scheduling Annual Health Assessments (AHA) for existing and new clients.
  5. Extend your knowledge of our products to our client base that provides additional services alongside the Annual Health Assessment (AHA).
  6. Timely & organized client follow-ups via phone or email.
  7. Coordinate with other department staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service.
  8. Client relationship management and 5-star customer service delivery.
  9. Exceptional verbal and written communication when speaking to senior executives and corporate decision-makers.
  10. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The Requirements:

  1. Post-secondary education in business, health, or a related discipline is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an Internal Sales Rep position.
  3. Some background in client service (phone or in-person) and/or client loyalty will be a strong asset.
  4. Persistent attitude, numbers-driven & self-motivated.
  5. Experience in achieving sales requirements (Volume based work).
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Salesforce is an asset.

This is a permanent, full-time position scheduled between Monday - Friday during regular office hours. This role is remote but does have occasional requirements to come into the office at 150 York St in downtown Toronto. Training will be 2-4 weeks in length and will be a combination of on-site and remote job shadowing.
