Job description

A growing technology company (located in Ottawa) is seeking multiple dynamic and driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support its rapid expansion in the hospitality technology sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building connections, have a passion for sales, and are eager to contribute to the company’s mission of enhancing customer experiences through innovative SaaS solutions. This role is structured for ambitious professionals, with a strong path to promotion to Senior Business Development Representative within six months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting, cold outreach, and initial engagement to drive new business opportunities within the hospitality market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound channels, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn, to introduce the company’s hospitality-focused software solutions.
  • Support the top-of-funnel sales process, setting the stage for growth in the hospitality and travel segments as the industry rebounds.
  • Partner with Senior Business Development Representatives for hands-on learning and mentorship.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets and assisting teammates in reaching their objectives.
