Responsabilités

• Create a high energy, compelling store experience and model service behaviors.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Partner with store management to coach, train and set expectations for the team.
• Help with training of new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and store policies.
• Support cash handling, shipments, floor sets and replenishment while upholding standards.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of management and ensure policy compliance.
