Responsibilities
- Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems to OEM standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of brakes, fuel systems, and engines.
- Mentor apprentices and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Document all work on RO with clear, OEM-compliant notes and warranty entries.
- Communicate with Parts/Service Advisors to manage repairs and customer expectations.
