Job Summary

The OSP Engineering Manager is part of Archtop Fiber’s Engineering & Technology group and will support our Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and GIS mapping needs. • Develop, implement, and maintain OSP Engineering Best Practice documentation to govern our design and deployment methodologies. Must align with generally accepted industry practices.
• Spearhead new plant installations by accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently detailing requirements to stakeholders. Accuracy is a must. Construction drawings, splicing diagrams, documentation, and other required materials.

• Comfortable working with all levels of internal management, external trusted partners, community stakeholders, and governmental officials.
• Detailed knowledge of all areas of OSP Engineering. Must be able to manage, mentor, coach, and instruct internal teams accordingly.
