Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Planner/Analyst to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Conduct systematic analyses of the tasking, collection, exploitation, and dissemination of OSINT.
  2. Perform data assembly and analysis; participate in focus groups; prepare drafts and presentations; coordinate among project team members.
  3. Facilitate intelligence sharing and safeguarding efforts.
  4. Collaborate with mission partners to address Intelligence Community issues.
  5. Advance key intelligence and information sharing projects, ensuring timely agency coordination.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
  • Ability to analyze operational activities of military, government, or business systems for decision-making support.
  • Knowledge of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, & Facilities.
  • Skills in judgment, subject matter expertise, decision support tools, modeling, measurement techniques, and statistical methods.
  • Experience in policy support, development, testing, and implementation of modeling and simulation-based decision support systems.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
