Patient Workflow
- Prep and label casts to initiate fabrication workflow.
- Fabricate devices on modified casts utilizing the specified materials to achieve desired fit and function.
- Repair orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Ensure outputs meet fitting schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update device job status through administrative channels.
- Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment at all times.
Maintenance/Lab space
- Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of day.
- Perform daily, weekly & monthly maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools.
- Contribute to finding solutions to improve productivity, product quality, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree, diploma or training in a manufacturing-related field
- Hand skills
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands

- P&O clinic technical work experience
