PeaceHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant with the Orthopedics team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington. This is a full time position working 12-hour shifts assisting the Orthopedic Trauma team.

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Physician Assistant with demonstrated post-certification experience in Orthopedic Clinic practice and surgical assists

• Level II Trauma Center with 7 Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in Trauma

• Interest in being part of a high-energy, busy, growing elective orthopedic practice with a strong and supportive PA team

• Ability to work both days and nights, with nights being rotated through all providers as well as on-call responsibilities

Practice Highlights

• Clinic is in the Medical Office Plaza near St. Joseph Medical Center

• 33 total staff members at the clinic, including 7 surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants

• Onsite Imaging and Laboratory

• Current Clinician team is experienced, collegial, and high functioning

• Strong support staff who are excited to support the clinicians

• Epic EHR

Position is paid depending on Years of Experience (0-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10+): $65.86-$83.42 and includes medical malpractice coverage and tail coverageas well as full benefits.
