Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience, ideally with musculoskeletal or mental health clients.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Perform holistic assessments — physical, cognitive, and mental health.
- Develop and deliver personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Coach clients on pain management and task pacing.

- Develop and deliver personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Coach clients on pain management, task pacing, and CBT strategies
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and return-to-work planning
- Provide services both in the clinic and at employer worksites
- Keep clear, timely documentation using digital tools
- Assist with job coaching, accommodation reviews, and inter-site support as needed
What’s Required- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- 1–3 years of clinical experience, ideally musculoskeletal or mental health clients
- Skilled in independent decision-making and team-based care
- Experience with WSIB, LTD, or auto insurance clients is an asset
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
