Description

As a LightForce Integration Specialist, you will drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce orthodontic system in practices. You will apply your clinical expertise and understanding of office processes to identify growth opportunities and help practices utilize the LightForce system effectively. Building relationships with doctors and staff, you will provide tailored clinical and operational insights, along with training, to modernize and expand their business using LightForce technology.

Collaborating with the sales team, you will assess each customer's current state, prioritize needs, and develop a work plan to ensure full adoption of the system. You will create and leverage training resources, implement procedures, and maintain a positive customer experience. As a representative of LightForce Orthodontics, you will communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical support to achieve onboarding and full integration of LightForce in practices.
  2. Build positive relationships with practice teams, using a consultative approach to inspire modernization and growth.
  3. Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person to maximize technology utilization.
  4. Demonstrate leadership with a customer-focused, strategic, results-oriented mindset.
  5. Lead and manage new customer onboarding, assist with resource development, and facilitate full integration.
  6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to prioritize opportunities.
  7. Mentor internal and external partners on best practices.
  8. Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations to remain current on industry trends.
  9. Provide clinical input for product and software development based on industry knowledge.
  10. Use data and analytics to support customer decision-making.
  11. Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote LightForce solutions.
  12. Diagnose results, lead triage, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
  13. Manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently.
  14. Identify and complete critical tasks independently with urgency and creativity.

Education and Experience

  • Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.) or dental office management experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the health industry (orthodontic, dental, practice management).
  • College degree or equivalent.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%, covering Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB).
  • Eagerness to learn, resourcefulness, and ability to influence others.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a collaborative team approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Practice Manager.
  • Experience in sales roles.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, travel, see, use hands, listen, and speak.

Work Environment

  • Primarily in an open office setting, sedentary position.
