Camino Search are currently partnered with a highly acquisitive, permanent capital holding company based out of North America who are looking for an M&A Origination Manager to join their team.

This company, which has ambitions to complete a huge number of acquisitions per year, is at the forefront of its industry, and is poised to be no.1 within a few years. This role will play an essential part in expanding the global footprint into the North American landscape.

What you’ll do:

  1. Proactively identify, source, & pursue potential acquisition targets & strategic acquisition opportunities.
  2. Conduct thematic market research.
  3. Conduct proprietary and intermediary outreach.
  4. Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts and targets to facilitate deal flow.
  5. Create and deliver high-quality presentation materials and pitch decks for investment committees and senior stakeholders.
  6. Perform initial screening and assessments of potential investments, including market potential, strategic fit, and financial performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly evaluate potential investments.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  1. Experience operating in the Web-Hosting, software solutions, or related industries.
  2. Background in sales or origination roles with proven ability to build and leverage industry connections.
  3. Ability to work autonomously.
