On behalf of our Winnipeg client, Procom is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant for a 9-month remote contract.
Organizational Development Consultant Job Details
The Organizational Development Consultant will serve as a member of a diverse team on a multiyear transformation, functioning as an OCM Stakeholder Owner to assigned stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with assigned stakeholders through super user and leader engagement networks to enable two-way communication about change impacts to their people, processes, and technology.
- Identify people risks, work with impacted leaders and support teams to mitigate them.
- Leverage an Agile change management approach to execute targeted communication and engagement plans; partnering with OCM team members and support teams to develop, communicate, and measure stakeholder readiness journeys.
- Develop and deliver associated deliverables in partnership with system integrators and OCM resources to support the change journey of assigned stakeholder groups.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change activities and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide change leadership coaching to stakeholder managers and super users to support go-live readiness.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives
- PROSCI, ACMP, or other change management certification is a strong asset
- Experience working in a project environment and familiarity with agile methodology
- Experience with change management in large organizations
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analysis, and business acumen skills
Additional Preferred Skills
- Government or Crown Corporation experience
- Experience with transformation change
- Experience on large agile IT projects
- Experience with Agile project/change management delivery
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High emotional intelligence
