CONTRACT : Senior Organizational Change Manager

HYBRID LOCATION : Min 1 week / month on-site Regina, SK

DURATION : Aug. 2005 - Sept. 8, 2026 ( possibility of two one-year-term extensions)

HOURS : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week)

Deadline for submission : August 1, 2025

References

Minimum two (2), from those to whom the proposed consultant directly reported, and who can ascertain that consultant’s work experience aligns with the requirements and qualifications of this job.

Preferred : 10+ years of relevant experience, including specifically with publicly funded organizations in North America

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 7 years of dedicated OCM experience in the role of a Senior Change Manager , Change Practitioner, or similar lead change role.
  • Resource should have prior experience as a key resource (Change Lead or equivalent) on an engagement of similar scope and complexity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder analysis and engagement, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to address resistance and barriers to change.
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working within predictive, agile, and hybrid projects.
