Organizational Change Management Consultant Oracle Cloud Fusion (Contractor / 1099) - Toronto, Canada

Position Overview

The Organizational Change Management Workstream Lead will execute readiness and adoption deliverables to prepare an enterprise for Oracle Cloud Fusion. This role involves driving all activities related to exploring, realizing, deploying, and operating Oracle systems, including data governance, roles, and behaviors. The candidate must be willing to travel onsite with the team and client.

The professional will coordinate stakeholder management, communications, and training teams, support sponsors, and ensure that services meet stakeholder needs. They will liaise with business process owners, SMEs, and ensure integration across the engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Report to and support the ISG OCM Success Manager
  • Develop and ensure effectiveness of all OCM deliverables in partnership with system integrator and client
  • Partner with the client OCM Decision Maker to lead execution of all activities; collaborate with OCM Success Manager and system integrator executives
  • Provide support and guidance to Change Management, Communications, and Training Leads
  • Ensure OCM services address stakeholder needs impacted by new processes, roles, and technology
  • Manage all OCM reporting, measurements, and sponsorship activities

Required Skillsets

  • Hybrid role with onsite work required in Toronto
  • Experience with OCM for large-scale system integrations; Oracle Cloud Fusion experience preferred
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact, communication, training development, and delivery
  • At least 8 years of OCM leadership and 5 years in consulting/professional services
  • Functional experience supporting or engaging in FP&A, Source to Pay, HR/Payroll workstreams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; graduate degree a plus
