Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story for client inquiries.

You act as the strategic voice, making calls and guiding the team. You will handle technical SEO, keyword strategy, content priorities with writers and AI, and drive visibility across AI-based and classical organic search.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Ensure clients are found in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) alongside standard results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO and provide quarterly roadmaps.

As Organic Growth Manager you own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
