Responsibilities

  • Schedule window and door installation and service appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate with Techs throughout Alberta.
  • Respond to customer calls, voicemails, and emails professionally.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts when necessary.
  • Order parts for repair work.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule window and door installation and service appointments in an efficient manner
  • Communicate with our Techs, located throughout Alberta
  • Respond to customer calls, voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts when required
  • Order parts for repair work
  • Send quotes to customer and then follow up to close the sale
  • Prepare and maintain various reports
  • Generate job completion paperwork and coordinate any outstanding work
  • Coordinate overnight stays; book hotels and create purchase orders
Requirements
