What to Expect

As an OTC Specialist, you will execute Order Life Cycle activities in Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Managed Inventory. Your work directly impacts sales performance through monitoring customer orders, optimizing inventory, resolving disputes, and enhancing invoice payment processes.

A Day in the Life
  1. Process new customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
  2. Monitor sales order progress and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate risks.
  3. Resolve customer disputes by analyzing root causes and providing recommendations to relevant teams.
  4. Close disputes promptly for accurate financial reporting.
  5. Collaborate with customers' accounts payable to collect overdue invoices.
  6. Monitor payment trends and escalate issues to leadership.
  7. Use Power BI dashboards for reporting and analysis to improve customer performance.
Role Requirements
  • University or college degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
