Zusammenfassung

Sanwa Food Group in Canada is seeking an Order Puller to join our warehouse team. You will accurately pick products, operate pallet jacks, and ensure packages are labeled, wrapped, and ready for shipment.

You will follow FIFO, maintain food safety standards, assist with inventory, and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive hourly pay, health benefits, a 401K after 6 months, and opportunities for advancement.

• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pick products based on pick tickets and order specifications
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain product integrity by following food safety and handling procedures

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation guidelines to prevent spoilage
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned
• As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated or freezer areas as needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
