Order Processing Clerk

Position Overview:

Multimatic Niche Vehicles is seeking an eager, enthusiastic, experienced Order Processing Clerk to join our successful Newmarket team immediately. The ideal candidate will report to the material movement supervisor and be responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Keep records of equipment preventive maintenance.
2. Gather inspection sheets and schedule maintenance if required.
3. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
4. Prepare daily production picks according to a pre-determined schedule by accessing the GTD app (in-house app).
5. Perform production order corrections in SAP as per the latest engineering changes.
6. Keep records of parts shortage list and post in appropriate areas throughout the assembly plant and warehouse.
7. Prepare paperwork for warehouse activities.
8. Handle all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork.
9. Assign dock doors to drivers.
10. Gather receiving documents from the receivers and record the contents in our receiving log.
11. Responsible for FORD service downloads, truck ordering, and preparing a list of parts to be picked.
12. Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging of defect goods as the primary backup.
13. Assist with quarterly inventory counts.
14. Ensure that all reports (KPI) are accurate and posted.
15. Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
16. Order warehouse consumables and place POR.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience working in a warehouse is preferred.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle challenging situations by exhibiting composure and empathy.
6. Strong PC skills, knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
7. Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new information and procedures.
8. Data entry experience.
