Job description

Join us at our LinkedIn space at the SIIQ in Montreal on May 14 and 15!

Our client, a family business for over 40 years that has expanded across Canada, is a fast-growing retailer of contemporary and modern furniture. They are seeking an Order Picker with a Class 2 Reach Truck certificate, preferably experienced in operating a Crown Reach. The shift is Saturday to Wednesday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tasks
  • Load and unload trailers manually.
  • Pick orders.
  • Scan inventory.
  • Operate Double Pallet Electric Rider and Reach Truck.
  • Model positive culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations as per company policy.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
  • At least one year of experience driving a stand-up Reach Truck.
  • Valid Class 2 Reach Truck license (no in-house tickets).
  • Order picking experience preferred.
  • Scanner experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily.
  • Access to a vehicle (no public transportation access).
  • Professional, respectful, and safe work practices.
  • Availability to start at 7 a.m.
