Job description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing orders for shipment, ensuring that all orders are complete and correct. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Pulls and packs product based on daily orders;
2. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner;
3. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation;
4. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues;
5. Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks);
6. Reports any mechanical problems;
7. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes;
8. Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices;
9. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area;
10. Performs other duties as assigned;

Requirements:

1. High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent;
