Job description

Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a permanent Warehouse Order Picker for our 660,000 square foot distribution centre in Johnstown, Ontario! Job Highlights for Warehouse Order Picker, Evenings:

• Supply over 270 stores across Canada with inventory via order picking
• Ensure safe, secure, and accurate stacking of various-sized boxes onto skids
• Lift boxes weighing 1-50 pounds, following strict safety guidelines
• Operate electric double pallet trucks safely and efficiently
• Match skids with outbound license plate numbers (OLPNs)
• Ensure order accuracy and timely shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and WHMIS standards
• Stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Work comfortably in a noisy, fast-paced environment
• Be punctual, adaptable, detail-oriented, and professional

Job Assets:

• Experience with Voice Picking or Manhattan WMS
• Experience operating electric pallet trucks
• Warehouse experience
• G2 or higher driver’s license

Schedule for Day Shift:

Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
