Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Edmonton client is seeking an Order Picker to join the warehouse team. The role involves reading and following pick tickets, locating automotive parts, and ensuring accurate quantities for shipment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and can operate pallet jacks and carts in a fast-paced setting. Steel-toed boots are required; day shifts run 7:00 AM–6:00 PM with a wage of $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Order Picker Highlights:

• Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately identify required products.
• Locate and select automotive parts throughout the warehouse.
• Double-check part numbers, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
• Place selected items into bins, carts, or pallets for shipment or delivery.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe picking area.
• Report inventory discrepancies and low stock levels to supervisors.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.

Hours & Wage:

• Day shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Typical shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
