Hypertec is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist (12-month contract) to join our Sales Operations team in Montreal, sharing our company values:

What You’ll Be Contributing :

  • Enter sales orders and other data in the system
  • Set up new accounts internally
  • Validate information on customer purchase orders
  • Coordinate and follow up on activities between operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery by proactively managing daily backlogs
  • Monitor and follow up on backlogs to meet and exceed customer requirements
  • Manage post-sales delivery requests and issues affecting delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with sales for post-sales activities and escalate issues requiring immediate attention
  • Identify alternatives and solutions for problematic orders
  • Assist internal departments with change management requests from customers or sales team

What Sets You Apart :

  • High school diploma required
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience in similar environments is an asset
