Job description

Encore Auctions is proud to say they are London's largest online auction of new, returned, undeliverable and overstocked items from several major online retailers. They give the consumers opportunities to acquire an extensive variety of thousands of products, sometimes at a fraction of the retail price! It is an engaging, adrenaline-fueled experience that never fails to delight when you win an item you had your eye on! Whether you are a new bidder or a seasoned one, each auction will be new and exciting!

Delivering the customer their winnings is the final leg of the auction journey. The Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS) are the last smiling face a bidder will see as they head out the warehouse doors to their car to pack up their loot. This role requires dynamic, high-energy folks with a customer-focused attitude. They are on a deadline to ensure orders are filled as the customers wait; you need to be quick, attentive and need to be able to lift 50-60 lbs.

As part of the warehouse team you may, from time to time, help with other warehouse functions as needed; loading and unloaded shipments from the suppliers, helping move merchandise within the warehouse and participate in general cleanliness of your work area.

Regardless of what team you are hired for, all the teams at Encore work toward a common goal; to make the customer experience with Encore a memorable one!

Benefits

We believe in creating lasting relationships with our employees. We appreciate your efforts and contributions and offer various benefits to enhance your experience at Encore Auctions. These include:

  • 4% Vacation pay on each pay or accrual
  • Bi-weekly pay schedule
  • Casual dress
  • On-site parking
  • Job growth opportunities
  • Group Benefit enrolment for eligible full-time employees
  • Group Retirement Savings Plan for those interested in planning for your future
  • We are located on a bus route

What will you need to be successful in this role:

Consistent attendance, reliability, and level of maturity that will show commitment to your work, your employers and to your future with us.
