Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment and Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our global order management and inventory processes. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order processing, tracking, and customer satisfaction. You will also manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, effective supply chain management, and timely replenishment. Your work will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that both orders and inventory are aligned with company goals. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Order and Service Management

  • Accurately and efficiently fulfill global customer orders, ensuring smooth order processing through the supply chain.
  • Monitor and follow up on order production, logistics, and delivery progress, ensuring the final closure of the MCE process and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Track customer receipt of goods and resolve any order fulfillment issues.
  • Manage invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment tracking, providing early warnings for overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with the After Sales Department (ASD) and Customer Experience Department (CED) to support RGA/RTV processes, issue credit notes, and enhance customer service experiences.

End-to-End Inventory Management

  • Review sales forecasts, prepare safety stock, and track lead dates, logistics, and warehouse arrival times to ensure supply security.
  • Work with 3PL partners to maintain accurate, effective, and visible inventory data.
  • Monitor inventory turnover rates and take action to replenish or address stagnant inventory, optimizing capital allocation.

Business Process Streamlining & IT Optimization

  • Develop and refine standards for order and service management processes.
  • Establish continuous improvement mechanisms for order fulfillment operations.
  • Collaborate in the development and optimization of IT platforms to support efficient order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in global order management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and sales forecasting.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and managing inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment tracking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with North American big box retailers, including managing sales orders, confirming order details, verifying prices and quantities, tracking order progress, and handling accounts receivable.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
