Position Overview

As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator at Q LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating with the production and shipping teams, monitoring order flow, and ensuring timely communication with the internal team regarding orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment based on customer specifications and company procedures.

• Shipping Coordination: Work closely with the shipping department to schedule and prioritize outgoing orders.

• Coordination with Production: Collaborate with the production team to align fulfillment with manufacturing schedules and address any production-related delays.

• Internal Communication: Provide timely updates to the Customer Service Representative and Sales Team regarding order status, delays, or changes.

• Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and available inventory.

• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory status, and communications in the order management system.

• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies or fulfillment issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a background in manufacturing or business programs is highly desirable.

• 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory coordination, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with order management or ERP systems preferred.

• Knowledge of the firearms industry is a plus.
